Review of "The Chess Clock" app:

Losing by timeout mode: This feature allows players to lose if their time runs out. Players have the flexibility to adjust the time allotted to each participant.
Fisher mode: In this mode, a fixed number of seconds (e.g. 10 seconds) is added to each move in addition to the overall time control. Users can customize the time allocated to each player and the increment per move.
Handicap due to the time difference between the above two modes: Provides an option for adjusting handicap based on time variations between the aforementioned modes.
